Core Energy Coaching

iPEC – What is it?

Bruce D Schneider is the Founder of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).  After twenty years of research in the science of human potential and consciousness, the iPEC process was created from areas such as consulting, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, Reiki, mentoring, metaphysics, quantum mechanics, NLP, various learning theories, emotional intelligence and leadership development.

Core Energy Coaching – What is it?

Core Energy Coaching focuses on change and accepts that change will always occur. The coaching relationship helps clients not only manage, but thrive, in the face of change.

In the course of the coaching sessions, clients learn about the seven levels of energy.  The body is an energy system.  This system is self-governed and thought-affected. The first two levels are categorized as catabolic, energy that is destructive and diminishing. The next five are anabolic or healing energy.  This energy is constructive and expanding. Your level of energy determines your success.  The more energy you have, the more successful you’ll be.

The iPEC system has developed an assessment tool which provides a visual view of how the client functions energetically on a daily basis.  In addition and very enlightening, it also provides insight into what happens energetically when under stress.  More details on this assessment are described below.

The iPEC process also offers the Energy Leadership Development Systemâ„¢. Leading is the ability to motivate yourself and others into positive and sustainable action.  Your ability to lead effectively relates to your level of energy.

What is a Coach?

The ICF (International Coach Federation) defines a coaching  as “partnering in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.  The relationship is a confidential and trusting one, in which the client is able to relax and rekindle their deeper wants and desires.  Coaching is action-oriented, enabling the client to  bring about extraordinary and sustainable results  and inspiring him/her to assess their visions and values.  Coaching facilitates the change needed to face the future.

A Life Coach is not a counselor, therapist, advisor, mentor or consultant.  Your coach is at your service to help discover what you truly want and to support you in creating goals to achieve this.  During this process, you will receive ‘cheers’ and ‘kudos’. Your coach is available by text and email in between sessions and becomes your “#1 fan and support” as you grow in your Truth.

The Energy Leaderships Index (E.L.I.) Assessment

There are two main types of assessments: Personality and Attitudinal.  Personality assessments pinpoint personality types to give a greater understanding of strengths and weaknesses.  This information allows you to “work with what you have” to function more effectively. The E.L.I. attitudinal assessment is based on an energy/action model.  It measures your energy level based on your attitude, perception and perspective of your world.  Attitude can be altered.  Working with a coach helps to make this shift in consciousness and will increase your energy, as the result. You can move from functioning effectively to functioning optimally.

More about the E.L.I.

You can take the E.L.I. on its own as one of the packages.  You receive the assessment and complete the questions, after which you submit it directly to iPEC.  Your coach receives the results and prepares a detailed and thorough debriefing, to help you navigate and understand the results.  Then, your coach sends you a copy of your results a day or so before the appointment for debriefing is scheduled.  The debriefing provides an full and extensive journey into your self-discovery.
